In game name: <Firstname_Lastname> IP: <MUST BE SPECIFIED> Date of ban: <DD/MM/YYYY> Time of ban: <GMT+1> What You were doing right before the ban: Admin that banned You:
We ask you make the title of the topic in the following way to make it quicker for us to process.
Your name followed by the banning admin in brackets. If You do not know who banned You, just leave it as "Unknown". Examples wrote:Lenny_Carlson [Unknown] Mark_Jefferson [Damian_Calhoun] James_Bond [krisk]
>>>>>>>>>>important Information - Read Before Posting!<<<<<<<<<<<<< If you feel you've been banned incorrectly or are due an unban, then this is the section you are required to be in. Your account will remain banned if you have clearly failed to follow the rules set out to you. A tester, admin or lead admin have the right to lock your appeal and place a warning on your forum account if you DO NOT use the format you are required to. Appeals will not be processed if you don't do this.
You are responsible for your account at all times, meaning giving your password out to another person or account sharing with someone could lead to you becoming banned from United Parliament Roleplay and not being allowed to return.
A tester, admin or lead admin will only place a ban onto an account if they are sure the owner of that account has breached a rule in some way. From time to time a mistake can happen but that'll be discussed upon you appealing to the banning staff member. If you haven't checked over the full list or rules we at United Parliament Roleplay have then you might be best checking this thread out and stating in your appeal regarding it.
Rules of Wrongly Banned Do NOT at any stage proceed in doing any of the following: Bump your topic. This basically means posting your appeal then continually posting in it afterwards to try and get it pushed up the list. Doing this will result in your appeal being locked and a warning added to your forum account. PM ANY tester, admin or lead admin regarding a wrongly banned appeal. You're not allowed to do this and your topic will be instantly locked and a warning given. Post in a appeal WITHOUT evidence to support the banned player, for example a screenshot proving something. Posting in an appeal with 'this guy deserves a unban' and things along those lines will result you gaining a forum warning or a forum ban. If you remember something and would like to add it onto your appeal, don't post in the topic again, use the EDIT button located on the right hand upper side of your post.
Wrongly banned but forum banned? You're not allowed to under any circumstances create a new forum account or ask someone to post a wrongly banned appeal. You'll have to wait for your forum ban to end. If you're permanently banned from the forum but not in-game and receive an incorrect in-game ban then you'll have to contact the banning admin/tester on IRC for example and explain to them you're forum banned but feel wrongly banned. This is the only way an appeal can be processed.
Probation Group The probation group was created to allow severe rule breakers and people who clearly violated rules knowing that they were in place a final chance. On posting your ban appeal the banning tester, admin or lead admin will read over your topic, the effort placed into the topic, the violation of the rule, your current admin record and how much you've shown yourself sorry for the problem caused and then decide on an action. Those that have clearly breached the rules and messed up around here may be offered probation as a comeback to prove that you have changed. You can not request the probation group and not message people asking for the probation group, it's down to the banning staff member to decide.
Processing an appeal Please process your ban appeal using the below form, using any other one or not at all will cause us to simply lock the appeal. | |
